I specialise in redefining traditional desserts with modern, taste bud-tingling flavours you’ll love.

My dessert journey began at Vincenzo’s Merrylands with the creation of Nutella & Biscoff cannoli. These desserts became so popular that I was excited to introduce more of what I love; cheesecake, panna cotta & Nonna's tiramisu.

The incredible popularity of these desserts with a contemporary creative twist is what sparked Cannoli & Cravings. I’m so excited for the journey ahead and all the amazing desserts & flavours I have to share with you in the future.
