C&C Policy & Care Instructions

* All cannoli are piped fresh on the day of collection. It is highly recommended that they are consumed the same day for maximum enjoyment. 

* As the cannoli filling is cream based, it requires refrigeration. When collecting your order, it is recommended that you bring a cooler to store the cannoli, and other C&C products, for the commute. 

* Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they are collected. 

* If you are not collecting your order yourself, we recommend asking the person collecting to take a photo of your order before they leave to ensure you are happy with it. Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once your order has been collected.
